Article 1 – Organizing Company
The company JB LEBREC,
SAS with a share capital of €500,000,
registered with the RCS of LORIENT under number 484 528 369,
whose registered office is located at ZAC DE TREHONIN, 56300 LE SOURN,
(hereinafter "the Organizer"),
organizes a prize draw contest, with no participation fees other than those related to the purchase of products, entitled "Prize Draw – Two rods to be won" (hereinafter "the Contest").
Article 2 – Participation Conditions
The Contest is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France, excluding Organizer staff and any person who has directly or indirectly participated in the organization of the Contest.
Participation in the Contest is automatic and conditional upon placing an order:

of an amount strictly greater than or equal to €120 VAT included, excluding delivery costs,
-
placed between 13/02/2026 and 28/02/2026,

on one of the following websites:

www.ardentflyfishing.com

One eligible order = one entry in the prize draw, regardless of the number of products purchased. Orders validated on the site www.ardent-peche.com will enter the draw for the rod TENRYU RAYZ spectra 712 S ML, those validated on the site www.ardentflyfishing.com will enter the draw to win the rod SAGE ARROW 9' #5.
Any order that is cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent before the draw date will result in the automatic cancellation of the corresponding entry.
Article 3 – How the Contest Works
The Contest consists of two prize draws among all eligible participants as defined in Article 2.
The prize draws will take place on 01/03/2026, using a process guaranteeing its random and fair nature.
Article 4 – Prize
The Contest prizes are as follows:

Indicative retail value: €749

Model 2: SAGE ARROW 9' #5

Indicative retail value: €895

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash.
Article 5 – Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected by prize draw from among the eligible participants.
Winners will be notified by email, at the address used when placing the order, within 3 days following the prize draw.
If the winner does not respond within 30 days from the date the notification was sent, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with a new draw.
Article 6 – Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the postal address provided at the time of the order, within a maximum period of 1 week after confirmation of the winner's details.
The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during delivery.
Article 7 – Liability
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend or modify the Contest in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Article 8 – Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data collected in the context of the Contest are processed by the Organizer solely for the purposes of:

management of entries,

organization of the prize draw,
-
awarding and shipping of the prize.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each participant has the right of access, rectification, objection, deletion and restriction of processing of their data, which they may exercise by writing to: info@ardent-peche.com.
Data will neither be sold nor transferred to third parties.
Article 9 – Consultation of the Rules
These rules are available free of charge throughout the duration of the Contest:

on the participating websites,
-
upon simple written request to the Organizer.
Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules shall be submitted to the competent courts.
