The Tiemco 900BL is a barbless, forged, extra-fine wire hook designed primarily for fine dry flies and spinners. It is considered a "standard" barbless hook for dry fly fishing, prized for its finesse and its good balance between lightness and strength.

It features a round shape, with a wide gap and a point slightly turned outward, which ensures good fish retention even without a barb. Fine wire but forged, strong enough to hold sizeable fish while remaining discreet and inconspicuous.
This hook covers a wide variety of light flies (dry flies, emergers, CDC, spinners) and running water fishing conditions.
