Description
Our double-sided hones feature guide grooves for sharpening the underside and point of the hook, as well as flat areas for sharpening the sides.
They are made of stainless steel with two diamond surfaces and a textured rubber handle.
- The 10 cm model has a fine face (600 grit) and a medium face (300 grit).
- The 15 cm model combines a medium face (300 grit) and a coarse face (150 grit).
